After writing the previous blog post last night about the FBI’s expanding surveillance capabilities, I found a fascinating article in this morning’s The New York Times on the same subject. “You Want to Track Me?” is an op ed piece that will make you laugh while it teaches something about the absurdity of wanting to know everything about everyone all the time, in order to prevent crime and stop terrorists. And who knew that if Facebook was a nation, it would have the world’s third largest population (after China and India)?!
